Can I buy just the mattress or just the base?
Many of our bed sets are sold as a base and mattress set or as the mattress only, and some, like the Supreme Gold and Supreme Silver, can also be bought as a base only. Choose the option you want under 'Set' on the product page.
What does 'no-turn' mean?
A no-turn mattress is built to be slept on one side only, so it never needs flipping. To help it wear evenly, simply rotate it head-to-foot from time to time.
What is the difference between pocket springs, Bonnel springs and foam?
Pocket springs are individually wrapped, so they move independently and reduce partner disturbance. Bonnel springs are linked coils that give firm, even support at a lower price. Foam mattresses have no springs at all, so there is no movement transfer between partners.
Is there a weight limit on your beds?
Yes. Each bed set lists its maximum weight per sleeping partner in its specifications. Limits range from 60kg on the Supreme to 150kg on the Visco Laminated Foam.
Can I get an extra-length mattress?
Yes, on selected foam bed sets, including the Hip, Jewel, Posture Light and Visco. Extra length costs an additional 15%.
Do your bed sets come with a warranty?
Yes. Most bed sets carry a guarantee and warranty, listed in each product's specifications, for example a 2-year guarantee with a 15-year warranty. Warranty claims can be made at any time during the warranty period.
